If you’re someone who values quality, authenticity, the art of matcha and sharing your honest feedback, we’d love for you to join our exclusive testing group. This is your chance to experience one of our premium matcha products, share your honest thoughts, and provide feedback that will help us continue to improve the matcha experience for our customers.

We’re selecting 5-8 individuals who are passionate about matcha or have just started their matcha journey and truly understand the value of a quality product. You must be a UK resident.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Product Tester Agreement

By participating in The Zen Tea Co.’s Product Tester Program, I agree to the following terms:


– I will test the provided matcha product for a period of two weeks.
– After the two-week testing period, I will complete a short survey and provide my genuine feedback on taste, quality, and overall experience.
– I will provide at least one photo or video of my experience that The Zen Tea Co. may use for marketing purposes.
– I grant The Zen Tea Co. permission to use my submitted content (photos, videos, and reviews) in marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertisements.
– After the two-week testing period, I will receive an email requesting my review, survey, and content. I will submit everything within 7 days of receiving this request.
– I will make a reasonable effort to provide clear, well-lit photos or videos showcasing my experience.
– While I am encouraged to share my experience on social media, it is not required.
– I understand that I am receiving this product for free in exchange for my feedback and content, with no additional payment.
– If I fail to provide the required review, survey, and content within the deadline, I acknowledge that I may not be eligible for future product testing opportunities.
